Scoped Rifle II – Home/Ranch
Scoped Rifle II – Home/Ranch builds on the Fundamentals from Scoped Rifle I. The focus of this course is building confidence protecting your home/ranch with a scoped rifle. Students will perform numerous drills inside and outside to obtain the necessary skillsets to protect their dwelling as well as larger areas of land.
About the instructor:
Torrey Kramer is a former Scout Sniper, Army Airborne (FRM), Torrey Kramer has been with MAST Solutions for roughly 7 years. Torrey is a combat veteran with multiple tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Torrey sustained injuries from an IED and has since been honorably discharged. Torrey participates in Iron Man, marathons, building and refitting off road vehicles, as well as teaching.
This is a one-day course and the student will learn basics of long(er) distance shooting. The student can bring and study with any DI 5.56 (iron sights or Optics), a bolt gun with glass, or a hunting rifle of any sort. The student will learn ballistics, wind, mirage, and range estimating to the satisfaction of the instructor. This class is designed with an emphasis on base fundamentals of marksmanship and the understanding of your ammo and weapon system.
The student will start at 100 yards and work out to 400 yards. In past classes we have had students run iron sights out to 400 yards with good results. This class will expose students to the art of long(er) range shooting on the live fire range without the need for the newest gadgets. Bring your current weapon system and a willingness to learn and see you on the range.

You can run a bolt gun to a gas gun with optics, red dots, or iron sights. In past classes we have had students run iron sights out to 500 yards with good results. This class will expose students to the art of long range shooting on the live firer range without the need for the newest gadgets and gee-whiz add-on. Bring your current weapon system and a willingness to learn and see you on the range.
